Product Availability
Pre-Order Products:
Domestic (India): Delivered within 10 days.
International: Delivered within 14 days, depending on the location.
Delivery Delays:
Additional delays may occur due to natural disasters, calamities, or national holidays.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges for both domestic and international orders will vary based on weight and location.
Returns and Cancellations
Order Cancellations:
Orders cannot be cancelled 24 hours after being placed.
Return Policy:
Domestic Returns: Accepted within 7 days of delivery.
International Returns: Accepted within 10 days of delivery.
Customers must pay return shipping charges for both domestic and international orders.
Due to sanitary reasons, headwear is non-returnable.
Final sale items are non-returnable, which will be clearly mentioned while making an order.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed once the returned order is received at our facility in Rampur, Uttar Pradesh.
If Mehrang is unable to fulfill your order, we will offer a suitable replacement. If you choose to decline the replacement, the full amount charged will be refunded.
100% of the order amount will be refunded for eligible returns, excluding non-returnable items.
